This notice explains how the personal data of people visiting twindii.com and using its contact forms is processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Twindi:i is a trademark owned by Link Media srl. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as the conditions of Article 37 GDPR do not apply.

2. Data we process

• Data you provide: full name, email address and message content when you use the contact form or email us.
• Technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page and browser type, recorded in server logs for security and diagnostic purposes.
• Cookie preferences: stored locally in your browser (no data sent to third parties).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your requests — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request).
• Site security and abuse prevention — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• Loading external content (Matterport virtual tours) — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, revocable at any time).

We do not use your data for profiling, direct marketing or statistical analysis, and we do not carry out automated decision-making.

4. Recipients and processors

• Formspree, Inc. — collects and forwards contact form messages; acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
• OVH SAS — hosting and infrastructure provider.
• Matterport, Inc. — virtual tour provider, contacted by your browser only after your consent.

Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for their own purposes.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Formspree and Matterport are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR) and supplementary measures adopted by the providers. You may request a copy of the safeguards by writing to the controller.

6. Retention

• Contact form messages: 24 months from the last interaction, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
• Technical server logs: 12 months.
• Cookie preferences: 6 months, after which we ask again.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Just write to info@twindii.com.

If you believe the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
